  Well, if you're single with no kids, are rarely home and need to save money, this might work for you. Otherwise, spend a little more and look elsewhere. Cheap appliances, not enough parking spaces, roaches, bugs and mediocre maintenance.
  
  Neighbors will include lots of Spanish speakers, blue collar and lower working class people, and a few singles and couples trying to save money. Beggars, drug dealers, drug addicts, shady characters and loud ghetto people will be your neighbors.
  
  The smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke everywhere. Junk cars with expired tags indefinitely parked. Trash dumpsters overflowing. Litter everywhere. Pool overrun with loud unsupervised kids and lots of ghetto and trashy people. Need I say more? Just don't do it.
