  Worst experience ever, just a day b4 thanksgiving, I tried to light my stove and it was in flames, literally smoking, called coserv and the came within mins of calling them, but I was advised it was an electrical fault.. ok at this point thanksgiving was ruined, called Office on Friday 25th Nov and the lady was nonchalant and said there was nothing she can do till Monday, and she assured me that someone would call me Monday but no one called me, I decided to call them in the afternoon, I was been passed around to different people, finally after days of calling they finally sent a technician to come look at it, he seemed like a Nice older man up until he went back to the office and told them in his report that I told him that we damaged the cooker(stove) . I was shocked when Ann was telling me what the technican said and because he told them that I we damaged the stove, the landlord is asking we pay $199 for replacement... at this point I was furious and the devil was trying to take control but I kept my cool, I hung up the phone and was wondering why such a old man would tell such a lie. I called Ann back to complain, she said she would speak to the landlord and call me back till today I never heard anything from Ann. Called over 20 times just to get an appt, first the said the order it then the said the coming to install and will never show up or call, it's the 8th Dec over 2weeks still haven been able to get someone come out.
  So thankful my least expires soon.
  They are so quick to take ur money but rude and arrogant when u call the office.
