  There should be a bubble in front of the first star to indicate 0 stars!
  
  Had an issue with me being told one thing communicated by office staff... but in reality found out it was the total opposite- putting me in a financial bind. Spoke with someone of authority at this management company and she was rude and unapologetic for her staff relaying false information and unwilling to work anything out because of it! She literally said she had to speak with her staff to see if she really told me what I said she told me.. and of course- Im the liar and no one ever said what I informed.
  I make payments (ALWAYS AHEAD OF THE DATE) and get notices on my door because they dont consider checking and posting online made payments prior too drafting these individual notices and putting them on your door.
  I've repeatedly reported maintenance issues and all they do is patch things... This money hungry company will NOT COMPLETELY REPAIR a thing! They only care about money netted for the owner each month and raising rent- as this is posted as a goal in one of the offices (montgly net income goals)...
  Do yourself a favor... Choose a place where this company doesn't manage it. Arlington, Tx
