  This was our fourth house and our second experience with a builder. Paul Taylor (PT) Homes worked to incorporate everything we were looking for, regarding house layout. The salesman (Glenn) was outstanding, honest, and very flexible with us as we sold our previous house and moved into our newly-constructed PT home. I could not have asked for a better experience from Glenn. He assisted us by providing a list of Realtors to sell our house. The total communication and work relationship with him was just wonderful. The design center was outstanding, when compared to our last house. The agent was patient and ensured we were aware of all options available to us, such as upgrades and downgrades to save money or put money towards other upgrades. Outstanding service from the design center. The builder (Kirt) was okay, he was not great on communication or setting up schedules as suggested in the Paul Taylor book. I understand he probably was tracking multiple homes as well as mine, but he would take days or maybe not even respond to my email/text messages. I wished the builder was more interactive in his communication (2 star service). The last process was closing date, the process was the smoothest of all four of my previous houses. The total process was less than 45 mins to close at the title company; my wife was very pleased. All said and done, Paul Taylor is a great company to build your next home.
