  First time getting foundation repaired. They installed about 7 new piers and re-leveled all the others in one morning on my 1963 pier and beam home (1900 sq ft). They were quick, easy to work with and informative. The one catch was they do a hydrostatic pressure test and my home didn't have clean-outs with which to perform the test. No problem, their plumbing group installed clean-outs a couple days later, confirmed the plumbing wasn't damaged with foundation repair using the hydrostatic pressure test. Recommend having clean-outs either way in general. Also recommend going ahead and re-leveling all piers if they recommend it.
