  I've lived in The southwestern for a year... everything has been great.. the front office staff is always professional, friendly.. very responsive. The maintenance guys are great too... they literally come the next day was gonna have to move because I wanted to switch units but they didn't have any at the time... but the manager just let me know that she was able to accommodate my needs... I am resigning a new lease and will get to stay in the complex!

  Do not recommend, steer clear. The manager, Chanelle, is extremely disrespectful to her customers. The title of property manager really went to her head. The assistant manager, Josh, actually intimidated me into hiring a lawyer by sending me a letter stating he could only communicate with me via a lawyer regarding issues. If he ever says this to you, it is not true. I have rented many homes, business properties, and acreage over the years. This was my first experience with a cruel, malicious landlord. Also document everything, they are not afraid to lie even to their own legal team. Luckily I kept the paperwork to easily discount comments. I would also caution that they are slanderous and discriminatory. Moved out 4 months prior to lease termination (yes I paid to the end of the lease, just didn't sleep there) due to intimidation. The ending was good, moved into a great house in the area.
